Alma Mirae is a trade name of In the Zone Media, LLC, a California limited liability company based in Los Angeles (“Alma Mirae,” “we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect through almamirae.com and our Join the List form, and how we use it.
When you join our list, we collect what you enter in the form:
When you visit almamirae.com, our website hosting provider and service providers may automatically receive limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the website, such as your IP address, browser or device information, request information and timestamps. As of the effective date of this policy, Alma Mirae does not intentionally use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools or website analytics tools on almamirae.com. Third-party services used by the site, such as Google Fonts, may process technical information under their own privacy practices.
We use Join the List information to send the opening, new-face submission and related Alma Mirae updates described when you signed up; to respond to your messages; to administer the list; and to maintain and secure our website and records. We do not sell or rent Join the List information.
This website and the Join the List form are not intended to collect personal information directly from anyone under 18. If the prospective talent is under 18, a parent or legal guardian should complete the form using the adult’s own name and email address. Please do not submit a minor’s social media account or other unnecessary identifying information.
We do not knowingly collect personal information online directly from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information without the authorization required by applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it. A parent or legal guardian may contact us about information submitted concerning their child.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Our Join the List form is provided through Google Forms. When you open or submit the form, the information you provide and certain technical information may be processed by Google in connection with providing that service. Alma Mirae receives and stores submitted responses through our Google account. Google’s handling of information is also subject to its own privacy terms and policies. We may also disclose information when required by law.
We keep your information until you unsubscribe, ask us to delete it, or we no longer need it for the purposes described above.
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time. You can also ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing us. We aim to respond within 30 days.
California Do Not Track disclosure. Alma Mirae does not currently use almamirae.com to track users across unaffiliated websites over time for behavioral advertising. Accordingly, we do not currently take separate action in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Third-party services used in connection with the website may collect information as described above and under their own privacy practices.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including limiting who can access form responses. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date shown at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we previously collected from you, we will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
